Baba Ganoush: Four Recipes to Try

Baba ganoush (sometimes spelled baba ghanoush), a Middle Eastern spread and dip is similar to hummus, but is made with eggplant instead of chickpeas (garbanzo beans). Serve your baba ganoush as a dip with pita bread or crackers, just like you would serve hummus, or, spread a layer of baba ganoush on a flour tortilla and add veggies and lettuce for a quick vegetarian sandwich wrap. Here's four different baba ganoush recipes to try:
