Alcohol Cooking Substitutions

Yesterday, I posted a link to vegetarian and vegan beers, wines and alcohols. I realize, however, that many people choose not to use any alcohol at all for cooking or for drinking! Also, with veganism catching on like wildfire amongst younger Americans, many of you underage vegans shouldn't be opening the bottle to flavor your foods just yet! That being said, here's a comprehensive list of alcohol cooking substitutions that you can use if a recipe calls for spirits.
