Interested in exploring raw foods or making the transition to 100% raw? Maybe you've heard about how healthy raw foods are and you just want to add more raw foods to your diet. Try experimenting with some of these vegan recipes that are all "almost" raw. That is, they are all raw with the exception of an ingredient or two, but are super-healthy nonetheless. You can always use a simple substitution or omit an ingredient to make it a fully raw recipe, and most of these recipes have a note telling you how to make it raw. Happy munching!
