Dark Chocolate May Lower Risk Of Cardiovascular Disease

OK, so maybe this doesn't really have anything to do with vegetarianism per se, but who doesn't love chocolate? Even better, who doesn't love a great reason to eat chocolate? Science has once again given us some fascinating health information. This time, the news is that the flavonoids in cocoa can help increase blood flow by 2.4%, thus slightly decreasing the risk of cardiovascular disease. Doesn't sound like much, but if it means eating chocolate, I'll take it!

Here are a few of my favorite recipes using cocoa:
