Fruit-filled Spring Rolls
Fruit-filled spring rolls with a simple yogurt-based sauce are a light, cool, and refreshing dish, perfect for a picnic on a sweltering day. The recipe is "no-cook", so you don't have to heat up the kitchen by turning on the oven or the stove. Appropriate as either an appetizer or dessert!
Feel free to use any kind of fruit you have on hand, but keep in mind that softer fruits like melon and berries will fare better in this recipe than harder fruits like apples and pears.
