Dairy-free Cheesecake
Replicating the flavor and texture of your favorite dishes without using eggs or dairy is both a challenge and an art, especially when it comes to something as rich and flavorful as cheesecake. I’ve been served some really awful non-dairy cheesecakes in restaurants! This recipe uses Tofutti brand imitation cream cheese to achieve that rich creamy flavor and won’t disappoint your taste buds. I like to use a Nutter Butter cookie crust and sprinkle some leftover cookies on top. Another favorite variation is to add a bit of cocoa to the mix for a chocolate cheesecake. Then, sprinkle the top with a light dusting of cocoa and powdered sugar.
